Batspeed Academy - with Jonathon Cramman

Welcome to The 108 Batspeed Academy, the first in depth 6 week baseball hitting course on offer in London. The academy will see renowned hitting instructor and GB U23 coach Jonathon Cramman leading participants through a 6 week transformational program to elevate your at-bats in time for the 2025 season. 

Skill Level: This program is initially for players playing AAA, NBL or advanced youth. If you are unsure if you qualify please get in touch with The 108.

The program will consist of the following: 

Week 1: Testing and recording
Week 2: Building a routine for success
Week 3: Why approach is our most important weapon
Week 4: Power development and direction
Week 5: Live at bats on the field
Week 6: Retesting to measure improvement over the academy sessions. Develop easy to digest plan to keep gains coming. 

Each session will be 2 hours in duration, including a 30 minute classroom session.

Only 6 places per time slot.
6pm - 8pm
8pm - 10pm

Term commences 17th February 2025 for 6 weeks.

All attendees will receive a Batspeed Academy T-Shirt.

Cancellation policy: Can be cancelled and refunded prior to 1 week of the term commencement. Cancellations after this time cannot be refunded.
